Our Story

We’re certified health coaches Joelle and Jordan Loftis, cofounders of It’s Your Time Wellness, an independent health coaching company.
Together, we’ve been on a transformational health journey for the last 4 years. We have:

  • lost over 60 pounds combined,
  • conquered blood pressure, heartburn, sleep issues and more,
  • and transformed our minds along with our bodies.

We’ve had the joy of helping our clients successfully lose hundreds of pounds with a proven, step-by-step system called The Habits of Health Transformational System.

We believe the greatest gift we can give the world is living in optimal health and realizing our fullest potential so we can love and serve people well.
